The Compliance Channel is an interface designed specifically for reporting events that are not compliant with the Code of Conduct, including illegal acts, even if supposedly so.

This channel is available for all of EZ Inc’s collaborators, its partners, its suppliers as well as the public at large.

This channel ensures absolute anonymity, if you so choose, and complaints will be dealt with in a transparent and impartial way. Complaints deposited in good faith will not be retaliated or punished.

It is important to give a detailed description that may allow for a quick investigation and an assertive conclusion.

Identified: you identify yourself and register your personal information, which may only be visible to EZ Inc’s Compliance department.

Anonymous: you will remain anonymous, but may also inform an e-mail for further contacts in case additional information are needed.

In any case, professionals from EZ Inc’s Compliance department are the only ones allowed to contact you, ensuring the confidentiality of the information.
